For the fourth consecutive year, PDA was named #1 in the 100-499 employee category in the Healthiest Employers of Oregon awards, hosted by the Portland Business Journal last Thursday afternoon.
PDA has participated in the annual awards since its inception, placing in the top two spots in our category over the last consecutive nine years.
PDA-HR’s Grace DeGallier, who leads our Wellness Program with our Wellness Committee, accepted the award at the ceremony flanked by Executive Dental Director Dr. Cyrus Lee.
About 43% of PDA’s group practice participates in our wellness program, which focuses activities around the themes of fitness & nutrition, connection, mind & energy and planning. Programming changes on a quarterly basis, as directed by our wellness committee – made up of our dentists and professional staff who support the business.
